I had live in the US for mauve a couple of years and I had to ask who was william "x" at work while i was working on some milking list and a co worker says that's Bill "x" And laughs. And I asked of it was a typo. She was so confused that i was asking that and I was even more confused trying to figure out why was Bill short for William. Seriously why not Will????

This is happening to me more and more. But with friends or people I already know. I'm too focused on what I just said or thinking what they might be thinking of me, and how i should look and act while I "listen" That I end up not listening at all :/

Exactly my point. Still more people know about him (Edison) and has a museum. And most people have never hears of Turing. Now Tesla I'm not sure why is not as well known as Edison. My guess is because he was working towards electricity to be free?

True. But I think the issue with Turing is that in his time being gay was kind of abomination and he is not as well known as he should be. Maybe because of his sexual orientation he has not be praised in history as other people.

Yeah but up until that moment there was nothing really popular about him, and if you get a random group of people and you ask they would know Jobs and Gates, but the majority wouldn't know Turing. It should be a name as well known as Edison or Einstein (or otger people from the past thatt most people would know) but sadly, is not.

True. But sometimes in projects there could be people who really don't do anything and just pose for the pic for likes and never participate again. So hopefully the actions become trendy and no just taking the picture

Unless you do it as part of a group or organization and want to promote activities that would benefit others...other than that I agree.

Yeah I mean many times I have seen kids being unsafe in the sense that they are playing disrupting others, and they can push or hit others. And you get mad at the patents because theyare not even looking. And again there are places where that should be unacceptable. I feel likr sometimes they are tired so they don't want to bother but be like that at home if you want but not in public.

The problem is that those parents pov is tgat we have to get that kids are kids and we should me more understanding. But I totally agree. If I'm in a kids place sure scream all you want, but no kids should not be ruining and screaming in other restaurants. It is dangerous and can be annoying. I don't have kids but if I can't handle him or her I guess i'd go or step outside for a moment specially if It's a nice restaurant.
