And then, just as you recoil from the shock of seeing a 11, comes a revelation. One of Clark's friend -- a rich -- a really, really rich friend -- comes to meet him. He's exuding so much danger that you feel the hairs on your back of your neck stand up of their own accord. He's as tall as Clark, and just as -- if not more -- good looking. Cruelly handsome, is what you would say. As you smile and get out of your cubicle to meet him, you stop. And stand in shock. And you almost get a heart-attack. Because there is no number on top of his head. Instead, there's an INFINITY SYMBOL. As you try to recover from the shock, Clark brings you to introduce him. "Hi," Clark says, "Meet my oldest friend. Brother from another mother." The man with the infinity symbol for dangerous on his head, smiles, looks you in the eyes, shakes your hand and says, "Hello, pleased to meet you. I'm Bruce Wayne!" You faint.

The answer lies not in the problem, but the way the problem has been forumlated. The answer is 15 + 15 + blank box = 30. Remember the QUESTION says fill in the boxes. It DOES NOT SAY that you CANNOT leave a box blank. This is more to check your level of INTERPRETATION rather than actual mathematical skill. Your powers of OBSERVATION are what matters not the mathematical impossibility of 3 odd numbers resulting in an even sum.

The family now thinks: Jesus! If a guy wiyh a MASTER'S degree in English can get no job and has to survive by waitering, then what will my daughter, who just has a humble GRADUATE degree do? Where will SHE find employment. The degree is of no use! Heh!
