They’re snaps. Usually found around 4th of July. You throw them at the ground (or people, your choice) and they make a very loud cracking/pop sound upon impact with a hard surface. Generally safe for kids with supervision. Definitely not marijuana.

I call my husband daddy sometimes but mostly when I’m around the kids. For example “daddy, what do you want for dinner?”

Red ladybugs, yes. These things are orange and yellow and demonic. They bite- hard. And they stink so badly!!

We have those stupid ladybugs around this time of year that bite and smell awful- so the spider that lives in the corset of the front entryway always has a feast. I don't kill it, he's a good spider. I've given it fresh flies before. I've named the spider char for Charlotte.
