Ooh well on my laptop I just went into the sound settings and clicked on my device, went to levels, and clicked balance and then played around with it. I did it on windows. Not sure how to do it on anything else :/

Mine is the same! But I changed the balance on my laptop AND my phone and made the quieter one louder! And now they sound great! I would've gotten a new pair but I'm broke af :(
