The sun could still pass through the windshield with the top up so I don't understand why this is supposedly not a smart thing to do besides that people could steal your stuff.

What were all the different shows on here? Im wanting to see some of them but I don't know what they are

I'm pretty sure they think in whatever language they either learn to read or sign. Helen Keller learned sign language which is a universal language, so she might have thought in motions/gestures. They probably pronounce if and/or any words they learn by however they are said(like how the dictionary gives the pronunciation)(if they are blind also then they could get a dictionary for the blind and that would tell them)
