Its also good people sense. Because GS in an institution to raise girls. And a person who is raised right does not smoke pot until they're old enough that said smoking doesn't drown their brain in Dopamine. Or get drunk and get seriously hurt. Or have sex and get pregnant in a club before she's even an adult. These are children. They shouldn't be exposed to the indecency of human nature before they have to.

Because it makes the GS organization look bad, if a small child is in front of a pot store.

Because if someone were to get hurt, they can sue the GS council.

I'd call my friend Ashlynn because she smashed her old phone, so that it can receive calls, but the answer spot on the screen is broken. (She can't use emojis now, which is nice. Or the z or x letters)
