I agree with geluregis. You can make good vegan food, but if you're going to make vegan, make it vegan. Don't use meat replacements that don't taste like meat or have the texture of meat.

Same with my brother-in-law. He was born and raised in Ethiopia and didn't come to America until his teens. But he is white. I'm assuming he's got his American citizenship by now but have never asked. I've heard people call Desmond Tutu African American. Uh...nope.

guest...I agree about parents taking their kids to the store late. When I do have to make a late run to the store to get something and I see you kids there after 9 PM I get so angry knowing what their teachers are going to have to deal with the next day. BTW I'm a teacher who has to deal with tired cranky kids because the kids have no bedtime.
