I agree with sora - if you don´t punish him now, he might think that this behaviour is good (doesn´t matter what he has done, but it was probably something bad, because he is punsihed) and get used to it... So in conclusion he might for example think that it´s right to judge people only because of their look or that it´s okay to beat animals...

We had similar case with the ball one in our school... Except our teacher didn´t use a bow - she let us throwing balls at it and there were kids having PE like one meter behind us, so we had to be really careful, but shoot really hardly... And that´s dear readers, how I met my first gypsum

Is there a term for person who´s socially awkward around strangers - someone who won´t talk to strangers, but acts like complete extrovert around close friends or doesn´t have problem to talk to absolute strangers (=someone who you see only once in a life - like people on street, shopping malls etc.)?
