They didn't go away because they were aimed at. They went away because communication technology improved. And enemy soldiers aimed at them not because they were heartless, but because without the drummers, the opposing army's communications could be crippled, leaving them disorganized and vulnerable. It was good strategy. Cold, but smart.

We don't see what the dog was doing that caused them to react that way. For all we know, it had been acting super aggressive it violent. Their reaction could be totally justified.

So, my parents have Caller ID that shows up on their TV when watching cable. And the name that showed up one time was "Illegal Scam". And they *left a message*! And it was indeed an illegal scam. We laughed about for days afterward.

Yeah, in order to testify in court of love, you are required to. Don't know if the require the Bible anymore except in rural, conservative areas, but you are still sworn in everywhere.

Yes, I see my child every night, and all weekend, and my parents watch him one day a week. 4 days of daycare comes to a total of $200 per week, and that taken across a full year comes to that number. Welcome to the real world, where both parents work full-time jobs in order to be able to live.

Depending on where they live, that isn't outrageous. My wife and I pay just over $10,000 per year. And that is for one child, if we had more it would be a lot higher.
