If the nuke apocalypse happens We'll reduce 7 billion people to, idk, 700,000 .That's not world. If that people go to war,for resources or apocalypse lords' right to rule us all, and it's unlikely, wouldn't they be living in one state, like frightened chickens around a lightbulb, that wouldn't be WW IV or any other . We'd need a world to become world again, to have new countries, governments, armies and then, we'd have all of this, again,
