Yeah, it would take a long time to complete, but it looks doable.

That verse is saying that the Lord is outside of time and that He is immortal. He created time, which is why He has no beginning or end. But the 40 days and 40 nights are in the context of Earth and all its time constraints.

The million dollars now. I'm not interested in destroying the economy with over a googol dollars.

What do you mean? The original Hebrew word for day, "yom", when used with a time of day (morning, evening) or a number (first day, second day) means a literal day (one earth rotation).

I heard that there are actual Air Force secret projects that look like flying saucers. Not aliens, just scientists.

And it is NOT ok for people without hats to tell little kids who want hats that hats are stupid.

Good lesson on pronunciation, but nothing on the meanings of words, which is another hard stage of learning a language.

I heard that in the old days "dating" did not mean bf/gf courting, but rather going out with one different person each date (not even the same person two dates in a row), to see a range of different personalities so that you could figure out what qualities you like in a person. Once you have a better idea, I figure it would be easier to recognize a healthy relationship opportunity.

Let's not talk about it, though. That would be "disrespectful"... 75 comments

What if they allowed everyone to own and carry a weapon? If enemies know they will meet resistance, won't that dissuade them?
