In a session my friend was being tortured by a sword that healed you as it cut, thus causing the pain but not actually killing them. Well this ended up driving him to insanity and when he finally killed the torturer, he beheaded him and then continued on to the torturers house. Not only did he beat the torturers wife to death with the head, he also brain washed a 5 year old girl that he is now raising to be his daughter/partner in crime/slave, he also turned the 5 year old boy into a eunuch... fun times
