You're not familiar with many online games, are you? Yes, most people CAN do things after they've died-- but that depends on the type of game they're playing. Some MMOs allow revival, some have dead chat that can be relevant to gameplay, some "deaths" are just temporary and you respawn-- either instantly, but at an inconvenient location, or after a short time period. If you're participating in any kind of group and/or time-limited event "hiding" or abandoning it entirely when you die often doesn't work, can dick your team over, is not practical, or various combinations of the above. Waiting until the end of a round or event is usually the only opportunity most players have to "pause."

What what? Generally speaking Random people can't own eagles, hawks, or any other bird of prey. You require special licencing to have one of them in your possession at all in America or Canada as far as I know, and probably in other countries as well. Additionally, training them takes YEARS and requires a lot of skill and patience on the falconer's part. They're not born loyal, they don't really imprint on people, and birds don't typically attack flying plastic, so it's a work in progress that starts when they're chicks-- not something most random people have the ability, money, resources, or patience to handle. They're also being used pretty much exclusively by police forces etc to take out rogue drones-- aka drones that are in areas they're not supposed to be.
Either way, some places are already scrapping the idea (like the source of the gif) because the birds are expensive and they're not convinced they'll reliably tackle the drones as needed.

I think you mean ectothermal, but either way it depends slightly on the temperature of the floor. The carpet likely, but hardwood is typically cool, so the sweater *might* prevent some heat loss there. In the long run, though, it's likely not going to be particularly beneficial for him overall. Also, snakes can't really move with them iirc. I mean, they can slither in and out of them if they're not too tight (if they are too tight wtf is wrong with you), but they don't really "wear them."

There seems to be so many people in the world like that these days that are nothing but vicious, selfish, cruel, and completely delusional. I've known a few people who have had encounters not anywhere near your level of violence, but with people who seem so unrepentantly malicious. It's so infuriating and depressing all at the same time.
It's good someone was there for you at least. and anyone who knows her on Facebook is smart enough to do any amount of research, though often people aren't.
