Well, what it translates into mostly is something along the lines of 'it certainly is that' because the 'si' in this sentence emphasises it. :)

I was just making the point. I found it ridiculous that we had to study Spanish as a second language in Spain. Yes, a lot of them do, I'm quite divided about the subject.

Most people do speak Spanish, but some of my family is so Catalinistic that they don't.
