while it is true that the way a pigs neck and spine are built it can't tilt its head straight back in any useful amount, a pig lying on its side can easily see sky, that also happens to be the way they sleep and rest, laying on one side. Also the amount that a pig can tilt its head back mixed with the amount that a pig can tilt its eyes up would allow it to see a good portion of the night sky, but a pig laying down under the stars to sleep would see the whole sky with all the stars before it closes its eyes.

Technically speaking sailing ships aren’t wind “powered” they are wind “driven” as the driving force in that is the wind itself but it has no “power.” Assuming this new ship uses wind based turbine systems it’s actually wind powered as it derived power from wind but “drives” by modern conventional means.

From a legal standpoint there’s precedent that, even if the cat was in its home, since the cat chose to be naked in a location where there isn’t a reasonable expectation for privacy, only certain rooms of your home do[your bedroom in some states and universally your bathroom,] any images taken wouldn’t be considered an invasion of privacy, legally not much different than say, a picture of a streaker at a football game or a flasher in a train.
