It took me a seriously dark hole in which I came way to close to losing everything and everyone I loved to give in to getting help, I also have a family with that "it's all in your head, suck it up, your to strong to feel like this" mentality so I just want to say dont give up, and maybe if you feel you can seek help it has really helped me, I'd hate for you to get as bad as I had and almost losing everything like I had bc getting help wasnt as hard as i thought, turns out i was the one holding myself back from it you know?
