Ok so it's a bulky man covered in scales except for his chest and belly. He is bald, has large ears (or none at all) and has fins running from his head to the small of his back. He also has small fins on his arms. Actually you know what? Search up "Monsters vs aliens missing link"

How does he react to the internet? How does he react to the moon landing? What about radio and all modern technology?

Is he able to survive the growing economy? What job does he have? How does he get his food?

Does e have modern clothes?

Also, the industrial revolution happened in te 1800s

He lives off the grid, hunting to survive. He either steals clothes or makes his own. He's adjusted to differentiating tech levels over the years. And he really likes to listen to radio.
