Today I decided to head down to an awesome thrift store I know of (A 3 hour drive too, I may add) and see what they had for games for my PS2. As usual, all of the games I wanted were there, but for original Xbox only. So I asked the front store clerk if Xbox 360 could run Xbox games. He said it could. So I spent some money on Soul Calibur 2, my first game from my childhood btw, to relive the old memories

So I put the game into the Xbox about 5 hours later after more shopping and shit, and I put the game in. Whoops! Turns out you can't play original Xbox games on our console unless you purchase and install our hard drive! So sorry!

I'm sorry for this stupid chat, but I need to rant for a bit. Everytime I try to boot up my stupid Xbox 360 it keeps giving me more and more shit to deal with. First of all it somehow ran out of memory, all 8G's of it, and I don't even know how, since only one of our games at the time was downloaded. Next, everytime I try to boot up Minecraft it asks to download. Well, since our internet is shit it takes FOUR HOURS TO UPDATE. And if I say no, bam, I'm playing version 1.0. The exact opposite of what I want.

Now it wants me to buy shit for it so it can run original Xbox games, even though I have already spent money on it for mkre memory and whatnot. So unless I want to go out of my way for it, I've just wasted money for a game I can't play. And no, where I live, you cannot buy an Xbox 360 hard drive unless you order it online. They're out of stock over here.
I'm just so sick of that shit happening. Xbox and new Playstation consoles always seem to pull this shit on me, and it's starting to really piss me off. All I want to do is play some games that I like, nothing more, nothing less. But nononononono, it has to go out of its way to annoy me.

I had to buy some thumb drives to expand the memory since it somehow went down to about 212MB (which is pathetically small), and now I gotta buy a hard drive for it since my model didn't come with one

What era do you live in where 128GB isn't the smallest hard drive option?

I dunno. It doesn't matter, I'm gonna be ordering a hard drive for it anyways, so oh well
