I use that VO8 stuff, seperate shampoo and conditioner. Leave the conditioner in for a bit before washing it out, use that time to scrub your body. It makes mine soft, not sure about yours.

Give your hair a massage?? Your hair might be a bit stressed.

Alright. DO NOT wash your hair everyday, that dries it out and puts stress on the scalp. When you condition rinse it out with cold water, this restricts the pores on your head so your hair is less likely to weaken and fall out. Brush your hair often but don't do it harshly that'll damage your head. Don't touch your hair often cause this adds grease and stuff from your hands. Get a "after shower" conditioner, I have one and you just comb it into damp hair and it keeps it protected and shiny. Also eat well, this is the main thing. Lots of veggies and fruit and plenty of water makes your hair and skin gorgeous, can't do better than a healthy bod.

Huh. My hair seems fine, but for longer hair i would go with Paris.

Okay so like me personally, I have to wash my hair every day. I've tried the whole " go awhile without shampooing so your hair will be fine " thing but no matter what, if I skip one day of shampooing my hair becomes a greasy mess. ANYWAY, I shampoo every day. Every two or three days I'll condition my hair and once every two weeks I'll deep condition ( basically leave conditioner in for like 10 minutes at least then wash it out) AND ALWAYS RINSE CONDITIONER WITH COLD WATER. It closes your hair pores or something and makes your hair hold the softness part better? I forget the science of it. And I always get compliments on my hair... But that could just be because I'm a red head and used to have hella long hair?

shave it and not care anymore! Honestly idk, I have always had soft hair. Even when I used to abuse it with gel it would go back to being super soft 6 hrs later.

You could scalp someone.

Yeah you could do hair masks, there's heaps of different types but you pretty much mix up a bunch of good healthy things like eggs then put it all in your hair and leave it for a bit then wash it out. You only have to do that every few weeks or so though.

Step 1: be me
That's all
Anyways, don't shampoo your hair everyday, check your shampoo and hair products to see if it has silicone cause that makes your hair feels soft but it's bad, very bad
Hairmask is actually great

Panteen Pro-V shampoo and conditioner (seperate) have used it for years and have always gotten compliments on my hair, and I'm a guy. Also, when your hair gets longer than an inch or two then don't wash or condition it as much, maybe twice a week or so. Let the natural oils of your hair do its magic.

Also a good brush makes a world of difference. Kinda spendy but worth it and will last for a decade would be the Mason Pearson line of brushes.
