What are we writing about?

So, yet again I have stuff to share. This is attempt №2 at writing a goddamn narrative for the school task, and this one would be perfect if it wasn't for me going about 600 words over the word count. So I will have to cut down some stuff, but I wanted to post the original version on here, because I'm damn proud of it.

I need help writersubstance.
I need the middle part for my story. I know where I want to go, I know the antagonists, but I have no events.

Essentially, I have a "climax" event, but I need events to build up the characters, introduce them to the antagonist in a safe way and display their powers.

provide the basis for antagonist, characters and climax and I may be able to help. Just toss the ideas in a google doc and I'll drop in some comments. Coming up with filler isn't too difficult, but hard to get a grasp unless you know the context. In terms of stuff you can often do, you could introduce a henchman for the main bad guy and think up of some events which would lead to the confrontation, you could make up some scenes for character development. You could make an artificial conflict between some of the main characters, but that takes additional planning, you could toss in some curveballs, throw some unexpected assault or evil plan from the bad guy that the heroes will need to stop using their powers (just save the biggest fish for the climax). That's the sort of stuff I came up with while trying to think up of more substance for my story.
