I don't know the intricacies of your world, but maybe: immensity powerful relics/artifacts, or truces/alliances with other gods, or gaining control of interesting sections of mortal society..

You could do something funky and be like "The love of the truest mother"

I'm with scat on this one. Is this a prize you're GIVING to the Gods? Like a tribute? Or is this something the Gods are gifting to someone? like Athena gifting Bellerophan the golden bridle?

The Gods get the prize for winning.

Are they getting this reward from mortals? Or from other gods/magical entities?
