Do you have one singer or band that speaks to your soul on such a deep level that you immediately enter a zen state of complete relaxation after listening to one song?

I have that happen with different songs from time to time... but lifehouse/Jason Wade are definitely up there. Particularly the song "Storm."

Hozier and Lady Gaga, for sure. I can't explain it but they're some brand of nostalgia and daydreams that has some electricity, if you know what I mean.

David Bowie, Ween, and an album called “N1 B-sides-Relax Daily”.

Red Hot Chilli Peppers do that to me, same with The Front Bottoms and Powder Finger (only certain songs for them). It doesn't even have to be a relaxing song but the lyrics and way both bands play puts me back into a place that feels super safe and nostalgic.

Well, it was Imagine Dragons, until they went to shit (I still like their first two albums). Kaleo, Alabama Shakes is also one (The singer is amazing!!). Hozier, Michl, NWA, Biggie, etc. For me, any type of music (except metal, my ears are not meant for that) has a relaxing effect on my mind. That's why I am addicted to it.

Woah I started reading this and now... I belong? Panic does that for me too. Always has. Twenty one pilots has to be my #1 though.
