Idk how to feel. I mean it does look great, but I'm not sure if the crafting and stuff is gonna mesh with me.
I'm honestly kinda hoping the game doesnt start out too slow and gets me right into making friends on the island and stuff soon

I know, it really looked empty in the beginning. But on the plus side, A PATH MAKING TOOL AT LAST! And thick snow! And different coloured skin! (Damn how is Rover gonna ask that?) And items being placed outside of your house! There is still plenty to be excited for!

Hopefully you can choose where people move in, so you don't suddenly have a house in the middle of your freshly planted forest. I'm still salty about that from New Leaf >:/

That would be amazing, but I doubt it, a new environment (an island I guess) and main story would probably interfere with your old village. :/ and SAME on the house thing, someone moved in directly on my newly laid path! Hopefully with the new path feature they will only go along it.

Strangely i am not really hyped for it at all and i don't know why i love animal crossing but for some reason it just hasn't grabbed me

I think the hardest part about me to fully grasp the game is I dont really have friends to say it with. I enjoy it alone but you get access to a few extra things when friends get involved

Well hopefully this new one will have more online access then ever before and we could all visit each other. ^-^
