The highest I can see is the customise all page button. no notifications, no chat, no links at the top

Same thing, glad this was the first thing I could click. Wonder what's happened, maybe they tried to re-deisgn something and either messed up or are in the progress of re-designing? You think they'd make the entire website unavailable if that were the case though.
