I’m watching Jimmy Neutron, right? And it’s the episode where Jimmy has a mini comet flying around the classroom. Cindy tells Jimmy that comets’ tails have long, pretty tails, and Jimmy rebuts by telling her that they only have those tails when the sun’s light exposes the particles. Jimmy then asks Cindy how would he have a burning, gaseous object in the classroom? Well, at that moment, the principal enters the classroom, and the comet begins to orbit around him. Why? Because he’s FLAMING. It’s such a subtle gay joke, I almost had missed it. Does anyone else have any obscure, dirty joke references to share from children’s shows?

How about the TV show cow and chicken. One episode a bunch of what first appears to be men wearing buffalo head hats bust I to cow and chickens house and starts to eat the livingroom rug. Cow ask them who are they, in a deep female voice and with buzz cut hair one responded we are buffalo gals. Than Mom says O the buffalo gals they are a motorcycle gang that bust into people's house and munch on their carpets.

Pretty much anything in: Johnny Bravo, Rocko's Modern Life, or Courage the Cowardly Dog.

No, I know...but I’m talking very racy and obscure jokes.

In Phineas and Ferb Perry and Doof fight with sausages and I think it was meant to be a star wars reference but it made me very uncomfortable that's for sure

That just reminds me of Spaceballs. The creators of Phineas and Ferb, too, were probably referring to how lightsabers are somewhat phallic.
