Like cake said, if you would like to talk about it we're here, it helps to get it all out and actually see your worries and problems in physical form. Whether that be in text over the internet or writing it on paper, both will help. If you have time, please give yourself a day or even a few hours just to reconnect with yourself, be alone, go outside and go walking or do something you enjoy like knitting or writing or listening to music. It's very easy to lose yourself in the noise when things get overwhelming and all your brain wants to do is shut down. You are capable of handling this, I've seen you do it before, you encourage so many others on this site to keep pushing through so we're going to do the same to you. However, sometimes you can't keep pushing, sometimes you need to give yourself a break and have a little meltdown or step away from the chaos and be with yourself and only yourself for a bit.

Everything just keeps getting worse and I'm struggling to deal with what I have already so I think it's time to just take a break, try find a safe space and just try to slow down or get quiet

I find the beach really helps, or hills. If you don't like either or don't have access to them, find a park and climb a tree, sitting up there away from everyone really clears your head. Anywhere that you personally find soothing and a safe place is the best choice.

Hey savage, we can get through this. I found that hiding in the library or in a tree like parisqeen said works for me, if you want a safe and quiet space. What also helps sometimes is listening to some study or chill playlists on youtube while high and just meditating.
