Went to a bar, ended up paying $40 in drinks + tip, roughly $30 on the music app that controls the jukebox, to rickroll people, and play what's new Pussycat over and over again... And like $30 for a lifetime pro version of a video editing app I use just because i got a notification saying it was on sale.

And yes I am still a lil drunk rn

I mean it's still better than my partner who spent all his savings (about R4000?) on a binge drink night, went back to his apartment, found more cash (R200, yay cash! it was his electricity money he realised the next day), and then carried on drinking.

This is why it's important to limit drunk me's access to money. Go sleep it off @captainjackharknes

Why is there an open bar where you live?
I haven't been to a bar for 6 months and I'm jealous.

@captainjackharkness Did the jukebox thing work? I tried doing that same thing on one a couple of years ago but it limited how many times you could play the same song. And did you add one It’s Not Unusual?
captainjackharknes · 3 years ago
I left right as rick astley started, so no idea.

And i can control the music from wherever, or ad songs from wherever. It's expensive tho

Rick Astley? What’s New Pussy Cat is by Tom Jones
captainjackharknes · 3 years ago
Yes but I played Never Gonna Give You Up, to rickroll people first
scatmandingo · 3 years ago
Ah. Gotcha
captainjackharknes · 3 years ago
Sadly, no one cared, and a few people sang along
