have you formatted the sd card as internal storage? idk if it's still a thing, but you should be able to open settings and see sd card settings, and then format for use as internal storage. from there reboot your tab and try moving the app

Yea i think its not a thing anymore. There was an option to format it but It just formatted it

It was a thing on oreo and nougat so i think downgrading might help...?

Yea that didnt work. Also i chatted with a samsung bot and it said its a inbuilt thing and if internal storage is full then try moving media files, which i dont have, to sd card. :(((( what a waste

Yeah, expanding storage doesn't seem be a thing anymore. It use to be that you could at least move apps to another device but these days all you can really do is move pictures and documents. It's stupid and I can only imagine how little internal storage is left on anything with pre-installed bloatware like a Samsung.

Man at least your phone has a slot for a micro sd. Apparently google pixel phones hate external storage.
