Though my favourite comics themselves are Batman comics. Imo Marvel movies > DC movies, DC comics > Marvel comics

DC has some really great comics, but I like their Vertigo imprint better. Way better stuff there. Also Dark Horse fucking rules.

Oh, and if The Killing Joke didn't exist, it would be Watchmen, with TDKReturns and The Sandman being a far distant 2a and 2b.

I enjoyed Bloom County back in the day but I have a special place in my heart for The Far Side.
