The pot is alright. However, the pan is not ideal. Is it ceramic or aluminium ?

I think it heats unevenly and the transfer appears too quickly. Can you get something that retains heat like a cast-iron or a ceramic pan?

Hm, cast-iron are a bit expensive; I'm gonna see if I can steal one from my parents' or find one for cheap. Thanks for the advice! :)

Ok! Yes, the dholl was indeed in the wrap. I'll definitely buy dal gram again, it tastes quite good!
They did, or at least I think so: maybe I did something wrong, but less noticeably so compared to the wrap so I haven't picked up on it. All I know is that I enjoyed the taste! The adoula was also quite a nice surprise. (I've cheated and replaced ice cream with Chantilly cream, I was out of the former)
