So, the only time I have right now, is around 5:30 in the morning to 6:00/6:20.
I also have no equipment to use. I've thought of doing a 10-15 minute jog in my garden (it's pretty big, and I can do laps) and some basic excercises like push-ups and sit-ups
.
I'd like to know what other excercises I should be doing, to work out my entire body, as well as the kind of warm ups I'll need, and how long I should be doing all of those. I currently have nowhere that I can do pull ups, but I may be able to in future
.
Also, how many days a week should I be doing it.
.
Thanks in advance

Also, I'm 16, and weigh around 57 Kg/130 pounds, if that is needed

If possible, swim. Ride bicycles. Also, you're young and you will get naturally stronger and bigger until your mid 20s at least.

There's no nearby pool where I can swim consistently, and sadly, I've outgrown my last bike. It's not only about getting physically bigger, but about getting fit, because I'm behind most of my peers in that aspect

Think high intensity for short durations would do you some good.
No matter what, consistency is your God now.

How tall are you? 130 isn't that skinny. It's a healthy weight depending on how tall you are. Lifting weights is a great way to gain muscle and it's not super time consuming. Riding a bike is good for gaining leg muscle but it's also cardio so you'll lose fat. If you can get some ankle weights they're great for wearing where ever you go..just put them on under your pants and you're set :) Hitting a punching bag is awesome..it's a great workout and it relieves stress. Ingesting more protein is really good for gaining muscle It keeps your body from going into a cannabolic state after a workout. Drinking a little protein shake before and after a workout is good. Or if you don't want a shake find a snack that's high in protein.

Oh yeah, that's too skinny. Are you male or female?
smbadat · 7 years ago
Male

Ooh, I don't know why I assumed you were female haha Sorry. My advice still stands. Weights, crunches, reverse crunches, pushups, squats, punching bag, and protein. I know you said you don't have equipment but there's always the gym.
