I personally find it puzzling as to why some found Adam Driver (the actor who portrayed Kylo Ren) unsuitable for the role or unattractive. An antagonist's worth is not determined by how handsome he is. Besides, he is certainly not bad-looking, and I am glad his character, Kylo Ren, appeared immature and loud - it gives him space to mature and develop.
Mark my words: by the end of the series, Kylo is going to be extremely powerful, possibly more so than Rey. He has remarkable talent, but he is arrogant and immature - the only things holding him back.
