um guys, this isn't about feminism, this is about gender stereotyping. Yes the girl should be lorded for doing her best, and no the boy should not be penailised for being a boy. I'm pretty sure it want a bunch of feminists who stopped the boy playing sport, I'm pretty sure it was people with a skewed social image of boys roles and girls roles in society. Stop using feminism as a broad statement about gender rights.
