23. Pretty much any English speaking country is full of assholes, and the majority of the population thinks they are better than the rest of the world for no apparent reason.

Math. It's not really that hard people. I'd like to blame the US education (or lack thereof) but the person that wrote all of these "weird things" is obviously not American, and they can't seem to grasp basic math skills enough to do a rough estimate of the cost of an item after tax either.
