As a Canadian, i can confirm that I am fine in -30, but not all Canadians are. People tend to forget that certain places in Canada that rarely ever see snow. One time I went on vacation in Victoria (B.C.) and it snowed a couple centimetres and was only a few degrees below 0, and people were freaking out. It was hilarious.
