He said his neighbors were always jealous of his list green lawn and he watered and mowed it way less than they did theirs. Best of both worlds

I've actually had pretty good luck with landlords since getting married. The first was private and his attitude is, "If you replace it with something nice instead of just fixing it, you don't have to keep coming out over and over." The next place would come pretty quick for most small problems and where I am now I start to worry to work order went in wrong if I've waited longer than two or three days because they're so wonderfully prompt!
