This is not universal obviously. I've met my fair share of asshole boomers as well as asshole young people, tbh there are assholes in every generation. But what bothers me about the boomers specifically (again, obviously not all, but a sizeable chunk of those I've met) is their complete disregard for the environment. My grandma for example doesn't even recycle because, and I quote, she "won't be alive to experience the consequences". The ironic thing is that many boomers claim they care about family and family values. Well clearly you don't when you don't even want to change your lifestyle mildly to prevent your kids and grandkids from burning in the dumpster fire this planet will become.

Haha guy's definitely trying too hard. Not to mention if you're trying to lose weight, cheat days are actually a good thing. Limiting your calories makes your metabolism, and by extension your weight loss progress, slow down to a crawl. Cheat days help keep your metabolism snappy and quick as long as you don't overdo it by eating loads of gross junk food because that's just overall unhealthy.
I do them once a week but I've also read studies that doing two weeks on/two weeks off also works well for losing as well as maintaining weight. In other words there's not as much of a yo-yo effect when you have a cheat day or go on and off every once in a while.
