Socialized doesn't mean socialist and I feel like my American friends are confused by this because their Republicans scream "socialist!" at everything even remotely leftist. But I mean c'mon, it's not like they're trying to abolish the free market altogether and have a centralized planned economy. That's what socialism is. Or, if we're talking Marxist theory, the middle step between capitalism and communism. Also no Sweden isn't socialist, they actually have more freedoms for businesses than the US, as in no nonsensical regulations and the like.

Ah, wow that's pretty extreme and pretty dumb. I mean I get that diseases can spread through the meat and apparently covid can survive even on frozen meat but just closing them down instead of maybe giving them subsidies so they can improve the hygienic conditions is idiotic. It's food for fucks sake, if there's anything that needs to be going during a crisis it's this.
Over here they just closed services like barber shops or nail salons and ordered restaurants to only serve takeout (which has already been rolled back last week as the numbers went down). The former of which wouldn't be necessary if people just fucking wore masks and washed their hands.

I guess it depends. Maybe some luxury goods factories will close temporarily but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't close down farms and stuff. That'd be dumb. Then again govts are not known for being smart. But still.

No we just don't buy a bunch of food at once just to let it rot in the fridge.
I also personally buy a lot of non-perishable stuff like dried legumes, canned tomatoes or frozen fruit just so I don't have to worry about it going bad in two days. I know, fresh is always better, but I don't have money to waste on stuff that's gonna go bad soon.

If I remember correctly she threw the dog at him after he asked her if it was her dog, as she was carrying it around kinda suspiciously. There didn't appear to be any previous interaction. But good point, you may be right.
Still idk if it counts as racially motivated, the woman was clearly off the rocker and probably would've started shit with anyone and racial slurs are of course not off the table for a person whose brain is in the clouds. I can't recall the details rn but to me it didn't seem like there were racial tensions, just that the woman was high on some wacky stuff, so idk I feel like maybe the news outlet might just be exaggerating for clicks only based on the fact that the man recording the video is black, but it might also be true.

Was it a racist attack? I saw the video and the woman seemed super high on some crazy shit, i don't remember anything racist happening though.

Yup apparently the left is larger in most women, including myself, but some ladies have the right boob larger. And yes sometimes it's really hard to make them match my outfit. Most of the time they improve it but sometimes I want to put on a gentlemanly shirt and vest but the boobs ruin it. And don't even get me started on shirts with some kind of picture on the front. If I want to get one i gotta go like two sizes up otherwise it gets distorted when I put it on.

The one we have isn't hard to clean at all, you can take out the metal container and clean it with the dishes. The spinning spatula thing that kneads the dough has to be soaked in water first because there's usually bits of dough stuck to it but again, not a big deal for me. As for the cost, one bag of the mix (the whole-wheat ones we buy anyway) costs about as much as a loaf of good quality white bread, and you can make two smaller loaves out of one bag, so I think it's actually pretty cost efficient.

Lol true, solid shampoos are trendy right now and it's basically a bar of soap for your hair. And an apple cider vinegar wash (10% vinegar 90% water) works great as a conditioner. I currently use solid shampoo but I'm thinking of getting some Aleppo soap since you can use it on both the body and hair. To save space and the planet haha.

My boyfriend's mom gave us this bread mini oven because she wasn't using it anymore and lemme tell ya, that stuff is magic. You just pour in the ingredients (we use a store bought whole-wheat mix) + water and it does the rest by itself. We even made banana bread in it, and it was amazing! For any of my fellow bread lovers, bug your loved ones until they give you one for Christmas, it's awesome.

Hmmm, buying up stuff so that people in the area don't have anywhere else to get it and you can price gouge it? That guy would've been a successful landlord.

Lol I understand the first two, the third is a bit of stretch unless he literally has a one night stand every day, which... well I'm not gonna judge, it just sounds like an empty lifestyle to me personally. But yeah I can definitely understand the location aspect but still I'm pretty sure if you don't need much to live, you could find a smaller apartment in the area. Why need a lot of space when you're not planning on using it, right?
