Well, I think the difference is how it's done. Like someone can pat you on the back as congraulatory, or they can do it because they're mad. One is assult the other isn't.
So like in this case, the way he's doing it along with the yelling and public shaming, I'd consider it assault. And also that the girl is a child so it's not like he's doing it to a grown up.

Like, I'm all for helping the world. But forced killing people doesn't seem right. IMO what we should do is go along with the space stuff. Colonize other planets. As long as no aliens live there we should be fine.
