I'm fine witheaving people alone, but it's when they get to the point that they act as if they know better than a doctor. They will teach kids to eat what they want no matter if it's only vegetables and fruits or if it's all twinkies. We shouldn't be teaching people that being unhealthy is an okay thing to do. It's a matter of the future. Would you look forward to a future like in WallE ?

The problem isnt that we want to be in their business. The problem is when they try to make it so that being healthy shouldn't be a goal and that getting to the point you can't even tie your own shoes is perfectly okay. It's like in the 30s when people were saying smoking was healthy for you and even recommended pregnant women do it. Would you think it was fine if smoking pregnant women told other pregnant women to do it because it was a choice?

In my elementary school we had a class set of bells that had different tones to them. Our district was more into sports so our gym class was where the funding went to, I remember we even had an art class cut after the first class.
The gym teacher was too strict even when we were in kindergarten. He wouldn't let us play if we didn't sweat and we would get in trouble for not running fast enough. Keep in mind we never had locker room or even got to change into gym clothes until middle school. So we were smelly all day.

The thing is, you could treat them normally and not give them any special treatment and they'll still get on you for thinking actually healthy people are pretty. I'm not gonna come up to you in the store one day and tell you you should lose weight. And your doctor should have an obligation to make you want to be healthy if you actually can, because probably not even 5% are actually overweight for medical reasons other than they no longer can run that much or bend over
