Is China even socialist? I mean, there is a strong government presence in the economy but at what point does an economy turn from capitalist to socialist? If it's any presence of socialism, then the U.S. long ago left capitalism behind.

Where did it say she didn't want a man to influence her? Maybe I'm missing something but she asked "yes or no" to everyone, right? Maybe I'm just not hip to twitter or something. I just feel like an old fart. I used to get the internet, be on the cutting edge and now I just feel like I'm constantly left behind.

Except we kind of do care about efforts. Think about the books you read, the movies you watch, the stories you hear. You kind of know how things end. What makes it interesting is the story, the struggle. If we only cared for the ending, we'd just skip right to the end.

A better phrase would be to say Bezos is only rich because he treats his warehouse workers like shit, then (assuming he's channeling the spirit of Marilyn Monroe) he would improve their working conditions while still being rich.

This is one of the things that made Deus Ex great. It really did let you play it a bunch of ways. The only thing I remember being pretty useless is swimming or something like that.
