wrecking ball -Miley -Cyrus -music -single -wallpaper -photo
If you remove the "-photo" part it'll bring up more pictures of wrecking balls, but some pics of miley may appear

Kinda depressing that to find a picture of a simple wrecking ball you have to type in all of that.
