Well, this is actually tested.
Women talk more than men, we've got both hemispheres involved in the process of speaking, while men only have one. They (men) also have more devenloped the area that controls mechanical thinking.
(BUT this is not 100% true, there are women with a "male brain type" and men with a "female brain type" and there's nothing wrong with it, it's perfectly normal)
But, yeah, women usually talk more than men.
But we don't blather. Stay quiet around a talking woman and she'll usually shut up. Stay quiet around a talking man and he takes it as an invitation to continue until you die.
Plus talk to the woman after she's gone quiet, she'll ignore you. Foolishly talk to the man when you think he's shut up, and he'll follow you around to talk at you.
