If you will note the floor, her feet are only one square large. Given that Hawaii is generally a lower income enviroment, one can assume that it is a more standerdized size, maybe 10 inches at the largest. If I'm mistaking the scene and she is somewhere other than home, they may be as large as 12 inches, not over sized feet. Also, frying pans come as small as 3 inches.
