When people are extremely over/under weight but find it fit to criticize other people on their life choices and appearances. I'm talking from experience, we had a lot of people like this at my school. Major douchebags. Like major. At first people would feel bad for them and just take their abuse, but eventually we started to retort, and I'm not exactly proud of this, neither am I completely ashamed, but we taught them a lesson in not dishing out insults if you can't take them yourself.

I'm not deadpool but if I may, I think that morbidly obese people and severely anorexic people have an exception. Although, you should help an obese or anorexic person because they most likely need help. Making someone feel terrible about themselves is NEVER ok, it is ok to not like someone's physical appearance just don't put them down or judge them.
