No hate, just due credit

You want to know what I'm sick of? Everybody who keeps bashing prayer because they don't believe in anything. That's your opinion, and that's cool. Just don't go telling off others because they believe in Jesus. We don't bash you for not believing the same as us, and that's all I ever see unbelievers doing on this site. Thanks.

you know whats awesome? thanking god for giving people (such as your dad) gifts in science and doctoring and giving us capable people to work in that field. (also tell the actual people they are doing a great job too tho :3) Its all in perspective.

You're feeling attacked by what I said and that's not my point. I'm not "bashing" people for praying and I never told anyone off for believing in Jesus. I went to catholic school.
What I said, it's unfair

I like both points of view here. It's really really so unthoughtful for not thanking the doctor! And even worse when something goes wrong you blame the hospital! It's so annoying! I believe in prayer but unless by some chance a dieng person magically becomes healthy again I won't stop thanking doctors FIRST! I don't think some christians understand what God does?! He doesn't control us neither does he set your life out for you, he may help you during a period of time but the rest is up to you! Hence FREE WILL. The doctors do the work really they do. (I am christian btw) But that doesn't mean us as christians have no right to use the expression "Thank God" because really sometimes that's all it is, an expression. And putting people in your prayers does help to a certain extent I believe.

what about " Thank Science for creating those scientific individuals who discovered biology and through many years of research, able to pass information to doctors." ?

And weapons, diseases.. Made possible by him. So yeah..
