I can confrim that they do. Just make sure they are the correct size for your head and are always securely fastened.

a padded jacket is a great idea too. i know my shoulder wishes i had been wearing that too :\

A man at work told me that they test jackets to see how they fair if one falls off a motorcycle and leather is the best so if you can, wear leather.

how the jackets fair or how the person does? cuz that's important. in the end anything is better than nothing but leather is hot as hell, hell that's why i wasn't wearing any jacket to begin with, this is Florida, its hot.

there are abrasion tests, leather is best, but there are other materials with CE armor that work as well
