So you aren't allowed to be friends who call you out when you say stupid shit ?
If someone started calling themselves OCD when they liked things neat or ADD/HD when they don't do their homework ( because they'd rather go out and talk in class ) and any other illness you aren't allowed to call them out for being stupid ?
A friend is a friend and cares about you and how you present yourself. Not someone who let's you act stupid af because you're friends.

This actually sounds more like biolar disorder. Schizophrenia is seeing/hearing things, living in your own mental world. Talking to yourself. Difficulty to interpret surroundings, among others things. Bi-polar is more the inability to control emotions that can go from one extreme to another.
You know, once a friend of mine (a male) was diagnosed having bipolar disorder. Then, the girls around are like "OMG, me too." Well, since we're pretty close, he talked a lot to me, saying how he hates the girls who think they are bipolar and tell me things how bullshit everything is.
