It's pathetic that Brazil has so many people in poverty, but some of their folks are still more willing to spend so much on a miserable stray animal that doesn't have the self-awareness to know anything is even wring with it, and might live three more years, under the best conditions, than to donate the money to an orphanage or a rehab clinic to help human beings get their lives back.
