That being said, cheating is also illegal in some states, and in some countries ( HK and I think Ireland ) you can kill your spouse as long as you do it a certain way. So a counterclaim is already waiting to happen if they go to court.

Drugging so else without consent is a shitty thing to do in itself. Sabotaging someones job is pretty fucked up too. That c#nt not only probably deserved to be cheated on simply for being a horrible person, she should at least get a wide collection of std.
Yeah not buying it. If you arnt happy with someone, be an adult and leave them, no one deserves to be cheated on. She also shouldn't drug him but I would however set fire to his most prized possession.

Just because they aren't married doesn't mean it isn't cheating ? Your logic after that makes no sense at all
